Is the pricing on service the same for all repairshops?

Yes - the prices for service is the same regardless of which shop you choose to repair your bike. You should choose the shop that you feel has the best reviews and can pickup and deliver at the dates that suits you the best


Will I get a informed when my bike is picked up and delivered?

Yes! Your service-order will have different statuses: Ordered - Picked-up - In service queue - Service in progress - Finished waiting for payment - Finished - Payment recieved - Out for delivery - Delivered
If your bike need parts that need to be ordered from supplier, your order will have status: Waiting for parts


Does the service pricing include parts for the repair?

No - The service fee is for labour cost. All parts needed for the repair job is extra. If the total amount of all parts need exceeds 100$ the mechanic/bikeshop will contact you to get a confirmation of the new total amount. After your confirmation you will recieve a new updated quote with the new price

Will the repairtime always be as stated on website?

No! There are repairs that will need extra time for unforseen circomstances. I.E If your bike need special parts for the repair -these parts might need to be ordrered from a special supplier - this might delay the delivery of your bike. You will however be informed by the shop that your bike are waiting for parts.


What if my bike gets scratched/damaged in transport?

All bikes are transported in special trucks created for bicycle transportation. The bikes are stores and handled in best possible way. I however you have a complaint that your bike has been damaged in transport - you must contact the repair shop that handled your service.


When do I pay?

You pay after the repair of your bike is finished. Once payment is cleared - your bike will be ready to be delivered back to you


Which payment methods do you offer?

We offer VIPPS payment. When your bike is finsihed you will get a message on your VIPPS app to pay the amount.


Can I pick up my bike at the shop after it is finished?

Yes you can. You can however not claim your transport fee back
